Verónica Jorge-Curtis to Lead Development for Northeastern University’s College of Science

Verónica Jorge-Curtis joins Northeastern University to serve as the chief development officer for the College of Science, partnering closely with Dean Hazel Sive and providing the leadership necessary to meet ambitious philanthropic goals.

Prior to Northeastern, Verónica was the Vice President of Advancement at Lesley University where she served on the President's Cabinet and led development, alumni relations, advancement services, and annual programs.

She offers nearly twenty years of advancement and development leadership including senior roles at The Fenn School and Shady Hill School where she designed and executed fundraising growth strategies that led both schools to new levels of success. She began her fundraising career at Buckingham Browne & Nichols School.

Verónica earned her BA from Hamilton College with a major in Latin American & World Politics and a minor in Spanish Literature.
