Crystal Neuhauser Named CDO for the Elaine Marieb College of Nursing

Pearl Street was honored to partner with the UMass Amherst Foundation in the search for a new Executive Director of Development and Chief Development Officer for the Elaine Marieb College of Nursing.

Crystal brings a 15+ year track record of successful fundraising for academic institutions including Yale University, Quinnipiac University, Franklin Pierce University, and most recently Bay Path University where she served as Vice President of Institutional Advancement. The impact of her strategic leadership and vision was felt in Bay Path's Vision Forward campaign, which revitalized the advancement program, and in the 125th Celebration Ball that surpassed both financial and participation goals.

In her new role, she will partner closely with Dean Allison Vorderstrasse to advance the Elaine Marieb College of Nursing toward collaborative, interdisciplinary and thematic giving opportunities that will significantly increase private support. The College serves as a force for innovation, learning, and discovery in preparing culturally proficient nurses for leadership in health for a global society

She holds a master of science in organizational leadership from Quinnipiac University and a bachelor of science in business management from Albertus Magnus College. Crystal is a doctoral candidate at New England College.
