Pearl Street Welcomes Jiberly Sandoval

Please join us in warmly welcoming Jiberly to our team. An experienced researcher with a passion for bold, unique projects that improve lives and help communities thrive, Jiberly conducts strategic research, market intelligence and analysis, and prospect name generation for the firm's range of searches. She helps Pearl Street do what it does best: connect people with their purpose so that our client organizations can thrive.

Jiberly comes to us from The Bowdoin Group, an executive search firm with specialties in digital healthcare, fintech, and technology. She earned her BA (Educational Studies) from Dickinson College. Whlie there, Jiberly spent three years as Library Services Supervisor and a term as Houses & Apartment Manager, upholding Dickinson's mission of Residence Life & Housing by building a strong sense of community and belonging.

An active community volunteer, Jiberly was named the Inaugural President of the Lawrence Alumni Committee for SquashBusters Lawrence and serves as a member of their Board of Directors. She also served as a Writing Leader with Andover Bread Loaf, a nonprofit promoting literacy and educational revitalization.
