Jac thrives in the exciting intersections where things meet: aspirations and opportunities, causes and communities, people and planet. Throughout her career, she has delivered a range of policy, research, and communications projects in the public, private, and third sectors towards creating a more sustainable and inclusive world. Her earlier roles included stints with the Singapore government, and the World Wide Fund for Nature.

In recent years, Jac has been leveraging her inter-cultural experience and versatility in her executive search work. She led research for the nonprofit and international development practice at Society, a retained search firm that partners with purpose-driven organisations, and supported appointments in higher education and hospitality for a global portfolio of clients. She relishes the challenge of sourcing and engaging top talent in hard-to-fill or highly niche fields, sometimes in tricky geographies, and takes pride in her commitment to providing excellent experience journeys for clients and candidates.

Jac is devoted to youth development, preparing young people with skills for life. She has been volunteering for over a decade with the UK and Singapore Scouts at both local and national levels. Her first and lasting passion is biodiversity conservation; she serves as a Commission Member of the IUCN Commission on Education and Communication, and can often be found in the field behind the camera or binoculars. Jac also likes to dabble in PhotoShop from time to time and runs her own business offering design and creative services.

Having lived nomadically across four cities (Hong Kong, Singapore, Sydney, and London), she has now settled in Hertfordshire in east England, a leafy county just bordering London. She holds a BSc in Ecology and an MSc in Business and the Environment from Imperial College London, and speaks fluent English, Cantonese, Mandarin.
