Treehouse seeks an accomplished, transformational, and highly collaborative development leader to join the organization as its new Chief Development Officer. The CDO is a member of the executive team and plays an integral role in setting agency direction, culture, and policy, and will be responsible for directing a growing program that generates critical funding to meet the most important needs of foster youth across the State of Washington. Partnering closely with the Chief Executive Officer and executive team, the CDO will propel Treehouse to new levels of fundraising success, chart a bold course to the organization’s first comprehensive campaign, and align the efforts of the development and marketing team with strategic organizational priorities.
