Pearl Street Collective, the national executive search and talent strategy firm, welcomes Stephanie Valadez as Search Consultant. In her new role, Stephanie will draw on her more than fifteen years in staffing and recruitment, nonprofit leadership, workforce development, and diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives to support Pearl Street’s client partners.

Most recently, Stephanie served as the Managing Director, Dallas of Per Scholas – a national nonprofit advancing equity through providing skills training and access to employer networks for individuals often excluded from technology careers. Under her leadership, Per Scholas Dallas was recognized by D CEO and Communities Foundation of Texas’ 2021 Nonprofit and Corporate Citizenship Awards as a finalist for “Outstanding Innovation.” Learn more about Stephanie here.
