With nearly fifteen years of experience in executive search, Maeve brings a deep commitment to an exceptional client experience and an orientation around continuous learning and reflection to both her work and our clients’ needs. Having served nonprofit clients across a wide range of issue areas, as well as those in the industrial, technology, and healthcare sectors, Maeve’s exposure to a variety of markets, positions, and functions has deepened her thinking on how to best approach executive search. Her experience has also given her a keen understanding of the complicated interplay between networks and an appreciation for the universal qualities that make for transformational leadership.
Maeve brings direct nonprofit experience to her work at Pearl Street, having held roles with Harvard University, a renowned STEM charter school network, and several historic preservation entities. Energized by her work with mission-driven organizations across the spectrum and particularly drawn to those seeking to dismantle structural inequity, Maeve is proud to serve on the board of directors for Girls Inc. of San Diego County, an organization that inspires girls to be strong, smart, and bold by providing life-changing support and real solutions to the unique issues they face.
Raised in the Boston area, Maeve calls San Diego home. When she’s not working with clients to amplify their impact through talent strategy, you’ll find her on a trail with her young son, reveling in the opportunity to see the world through his eyes.
She holds a bachelor’s in American History from Wellesley College.
