Julissa is an associate with Pearl Street Collective and provides support to search leads on marketing and business development. She brings strong communication and collaboration skills as well as high energy and a commitment to making a positive impact to all that she does.

She is completing an undergraduate degree in Communications and Marketing while pursuing a masters degree in Community Engagement from Merrimack College. A first generation college student with a passion for mission-driven work, diversity & inclusion, and higher education, Julissa is known as an advocate for change and creating access for underrepresented communities. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
