In a 30+ year career that spans human resources, retained executive search, strategy consulting, market research, and sales, Cary has successfully tackled complex business problems, recommended thoughtful and practical actions, communicated and worked effectively with diverse groups of people across multiple cultures and constituencies, and built and motivated cohesive and proactive teams.
Having served as the first CHRO for a high growth, global life sciences software and services company, Cary has sat on both sides of the table as a provider and consumer of retained executive search.
