Agata Rivera, RN
RESEARCH CONSULTANT
Agata supports the work of the Hollander Search practice and is particularly instrumental during early discovery conversations as the search teams defines the target candidate profile. Over two decades within healthcare, she has held nursing positions at memory-care facilities and multiple hospital departments, and focused her career on providing care for underrepresented populations at community-based general hospitals.
In her research role, she assists the recruiting team as a subject matter expert, helping to navigate complex university systems and their respective academic programs. She is known for her exceptional problem solving and project management abilities. Agata is quick to offer creative and strategic suggestions as she identifies interdisciplinary opportunities that a potential candidate may offer.
She initially began her education through the Nursing Pathway Program at Northern Essex Community College—and understands the value of flexible, practical nursing programs–before continuing to pursue her BSN at Southern New Hampshire University. Agata is conversational in Spanish and lives north of Boston with her husband and their puppy Reese.
